This site, The Quiet Amen (oyevox.com), is a personal blog. It is not operated on behalf of any employer or organization, and no professional or institutional affiliation is implied by anything published here. This policy explains what information is collected from visitors to this site, why it is collected, and how it is handled.

Comments. This site does not currently accept public comments. To respond to a post, use the contact form.
Contact form. If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you provide are sent by email so the request can be answered. This information is not added to any mailing list or stored in a separate database as a result of using the form.
Automatically collected data. Like most websites, this site’s hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information for every visitor, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
Cookies
If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie is used to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie is removed when you close your browser.
This site does not currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Who this information is shared with
This site is hosted by Hostinger, which processes visitor data as necessary to serve the site and maintain its security.
Information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we retain your data
Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to the request.
